Delivery

Crafted to order and dispatched within 7–14 business days with fully insured global shipping. Delivery typically occurs within 2–4 business days in India and 4–7 business days internationally after dispatch.

Inspection

A 72-hour inspection window applies upon receipt. Inspection eligibility applies only in cases of verified manufacturing defect, diamond grading or certification discrepancy, or production size variance.

Approved cases will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost. Refunds are not offered under the inspection framework.

An uninterrupted unboxing video is required for review eligibility.

Complimentary resizing is provided only in cases of verified production size discrepancy. Resizing due to customer size misselection is chargeable and subject to design feasibility.
