At HOUSE OF MK, every piece is crafted with precision and care. We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

A product is eligible for return if:

• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

• The product is unused, unworn, and unaltered

• The product is returned in its original condition, along with original packaging, invoice, and certificates

• There are no signs of wear, resizing, engraving, damage, or tampering

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

• Made-to-order or customised jewellery (including changes in ring size, gold purity/colour, or diamond size/quality)

• Engraved or altered products

• Products showing signs of wear or damage

• Products returned without original packaging, certificates, or invoice

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, return instructions will be shared. Products sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed only after quality inspection

• Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment

• Shipping, handling, and certification charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

• Refund timelines may vary based on payment method and banking partners
