A disciplined ownership structure designed to preserve value, ensure transparency, and provide structured liquidity for Gold and Certified Natural Diamonds.
1. Upgrade Privilege
• 100% of the original certified natural diamond invoice value credited toward a new acquisition
• 100% of gold value credited at the prevailing market rate on the date of evaluation
• Replacement purchase must exceed the original invoice value
• Applicable exclusively to natural diamonds
2. Structured Buyback
• 85% of the prevailing market value for certified natural diamonds
• 100% of gold value at prevailing market rate
• Making charges, taxes, duties, and shipping are non-refundable
3. Eligibility Conditions
• Minimum holding period: 9 months from original invoice date
• Applicable only to GIA / IGI certified natural diamonds sold by MK DIAM
• Original invoice and laboratory certificate must be presented
• Jewellery and diamond must pass physical inspection and authenticity verification
• No damage, alteration, re-polishing, or structural modification permitted
4. Valuation & Settlement Timeline
• Market valuation determined on the date of physical verification
• Upgrade credit issued within 3–5 business days after evaluation
• Buyback settlement processed within 7–10 business days after final approval
• Payment settled via bank transfer to the original purchaser
5. Discretion & Confidentiality
All upgrade and buyback transactions are handled with strict discretion.
Client information, transaction values, and ownership history remain confidential in accordance with internal compliance protocols.
6. Legal Disclaimer
This program applies exclusively to natural diamonds.
MK DIAM does not sell laboratory-grown diamonds.
Buyback and upgrade valuations are subject to prevailing market conditions, internal risk assessment, and final approval by MK DIAM.
MK DIAM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this program at its discretion without prior notice.
Participation in this program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
