Customised or made-to-order items (including changes in ring size, gold purity or colour, diamond size or quality) are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without notice.

Orders are processed only after full payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Once manufacturing has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted. Any cancellation request must be raised immediately after placing the order and is subject to approval.

HOUSE OF MK is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our 7-Day Return Policy, available on the website.
All returns are subject to inspection. Shipping, handling, certification, and customisation charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
9. Certifications & Hallmarking
Gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked where applicable. Diamond certification (IGI or GIA) is provided for eligible products as mentioned in product details.
